• Orders can be placed through the contact form, email, or phone
• A binding contract is formed upon written confirmation of the order
• Prices are quoted upon request and valid for 30 days

3. Pricing and Payment / Ceny a platba

• All prices are quoted in EUR and are valid at the time of quotation
• Final prices depend on quantity, delivery terms, and customization requirements
• Payment terms will be specified in the individual offer
• All prices may be subject to VAT depending on the buyer's location

4. Delivery / Dodanie

• Delivery times are agreed upon individually for each order
• Shipping is available to EU member states and other countries
• Shipping costs are calculated based on volume, weight, and destination

5. Right to Withdraw / Právo na odstúpenie

For business-to-business transactions (B2B), the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply. For consumer purchases (B2C), customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

6. Warranty and Complaints / Záruka a reklamácie

• Warranty period is 24 months for new products
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear
• Complaints must be submitted in writing within the warranty period
• Complaint form will be provided upon request

7. Liability / Zodpovednosť

SmartTech.SK s.r.o. is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products or failure to follow the user instructions.

8. Governing Law / Rozhodné právo

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, in particular the Civil Code and Consumer Protection Act.

1. Warranty Period / Záručná doba

The warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery for new products. For used products, the warranty period may be different and will be specified in the offer.

2. Submitting a Complaint / Podanie reklamácie

• Complaints must be submitted in writing (email or mail)
• Include: product description, defect description, proof of purchase
• Photos of defects may be required

3. Complaint Processing / Vybavenie reklamácie

• We will process your complaint within 30 days
• If repair is not possible, we will offer replacement or refund
• You will be informed about the complaint status via email
